We are located in the Twin Cities metro area and also offer local pickup and delivery options when available.
Can I send you my own artwork?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work with your existing artwork or logo files. If needed, we can also help refine your design to ensure it engraves cleanly and looks its best on your selected product.
Can I send you my own product to be engraved?
Yes. If you choose to provide your own item, we require at least one additional piece for testing and setup purposes. This allows us to calibrate the laser and ensure the final result meets our quality standards.
How much does it cost?
Each project is custom quoted based on product type, design complexity, and quantity. Our pricing includes materials, setup, and precision laser engraving — with no hidden fees.

What file types do you accept for artwork?
We prefer high-resolution vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF. High-quality PNG or JPG files may also work depending on the design. If you're unsure, send what you have and we’ll review it.
How long does production take?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your order. Most standard orders are completed within 2 business days after artwork approval. If you have a deadline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval before engraving begins to ensure accuracy and alignment with your expectations.
Is laser engraving permanent?
Yes. Laser engraving permanently marks the surface of the material. It will not peel, fade, or wash off like printed designs.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
